Panmure Basin DLO

This term, we went on a trip to the Panmure Basin. We saw many amazing views, but the new bridge at the basin was especially stunning. When we returned, we created a drawing DLO of the bridge. I used a photograph as a reference and traced it using the curve tools. I really enjoyed this activity because it was fun and helped me improve my drawing skills.

Building our class culture

LI: To collaborate to create a piece of art

For art we have been learning to build our class culture and communication. We had to draw a drawing of an inspiring leader. Our group’s inspirational leader was Malala Yousafzai. She stood up for every child to have education, and it ended with providing every child with knowledge they deserved. We first cut up her an image of into square pieces. Every one took one part they would be drawing. Once we were done drawing and coloring our piece of her image we brang it to life by matching the pieces. Recreating our drawing replica of our leader.
